I wanted to create a card for The Paper PlayerÂ’s PP151 Sketch Challenge and decided to use some of my retired Designer Paper stash along with retired ribbon- I have so much of both in my stamping (craft) room that it would be a shame not to use it :-) Of course, the items can be substituted with current product as well :-)
If interested, I have free detailed instructions on My Blog
Thanks again for looking- have a wonderful Sunday!!

I do love your style! Your choice of designer papers make this card really pop! The gorgeous bow with the button and your fabulous layout make this card so beautiful!

This is a really surprising card. It looks quite formal from a distance with the colour blocks and big satin bow, but upon closer inspection it has the tiny seahorses and other coastal motifs. You've blended the styles and elements so well. Have a great day (or night or whatever it is in the US right now)!

This is absolutely beautiful! You never cease to amaze me with your creativity. Would you please explain how you make your double bows? They always add a special touch to your work. Thanks! Barbara

Ladies, you are so sweet to take the time to comment and encourage me :-) Brenda- I have a written tutorial on my blog that discusses the various ways I tie my bows- generally with a turkey lifter or a bow tying jig- here is the direct link to the tutorial :-)
