Ahhhhh, congratulations to Lori Ulrich on being this week's Queen for the Day! Her sponged creation, The Heart, has inspired my brayered beach {wish} card. Well, her card and the fact that I've been stuck here in Texas while my sweet OK cousins have been showering gorgeous photos on Facebook while they've been visiting a few of the Hawaiian islands! (Yes ... I've been wearing a bit of "green with envy" these past many days.) ;)
Naturally this seemed like the perfect opportunity to dust off my brayer for the CT0613 Fan Club theme this month, and ink up a wishful tropical stamp. I even cracked open a brand new-to-me color of cardstock just for good measure. Wheeee!
So here's to finding a bit of inspiration for your day, and welcoming a relaxing and/or stampy weekend coming up!
P.S. And a sweet "Thanks!" to Ms. Sue, for enabling me to correct my big ol' blunder! ;) Mmmmwah!

Wow, Bev, -
Sure looks inviting - no wonder you have been "green with envy" after seeing the FB pictures - love what you and your brayer have done here to create such a gorgeous sunset on the beach, framed in black, and carrying the blue green of the water to your card base!

Bev, a gorgeous beach scene! Lovely bright sky, clear cool looking water and warm soft sand! Love the silhouette of the palm trees!
