I made this card for two challenges. The first one is the Twisted Sister challenge for this week. The challenge is to start with a sentiment, quote, scripture verse, etc. as your starting point of your card and your main focal point.
If you would like to join this challenge just put TSC0614 in your keywords.
The second challenge is Technique Time Tuesday. The challenge for this month is Faux Chalkboard technique. The link for the challenge is here... http://mynnettestechniquetuesday.blo...challenge.html
I rubber stamped my sentiment with a stamp from Wordsworth, I used Versamark and heat embossed with white embossing powder. I then softly sponged white pigment ink around the edges. I used a Martha Stewart punch around the page for my background (deco fan) added a ribbon, brads and a cross I stamped and cut out.

This is beautiful. I love that stamp and the MS punch makes such a beautiful framing. This is my favorite kind of card Jill. I love to take a great sentiment and showcase it. Thanks for the challenge!
