I love doing one layer cards and as I needed to make a father's day card this morning this challenge was perfect! This came together quickly, partly because the handsome eagle stamp carries the design and really doesn't need much doing to it - a touch of colour to the beak and eye and a few strokes with grey pencil to shade the head slightly.
Stamps:
Eagle Profile (Beeswax)
19th Century French Script (Hero Arts)
Father's Day Centers (CHF, retired)
Paper: smooth white
Ink:
Onyx Black Versafine by Tsukineko
Stonewashed Adirondack dye ink by Ranger
Other:
Prismacolor pencils (yellow and a couple of greys)
Pan Pastel (turquoise)
Corner Chomper
TFL!

Very dramatic, it's a really great masculine card. I really like the angled blue script. A couple of those HA script stamps were among my first purchases.

A very dynamic card. I love it.
