This card is for today's SCS Color Combination Challenge~ Delightful Olive Pear. Vicki picked a wonderful combo of colors and the dessert is to add greenery or flowers. I did a double dessert, lol! I think this is the first time I did not try to use equal amounts of all three colors. Instead I used more neutrals with a splash of each of the colors. I also used the chalkboard technique. The Chalkboard greetings from MFT are perfect for this.
The layout is from this week's MFT Wed Stamp Club.
Enjoy!

Lovely card, Peggy. The use of black with today's colors really makes them "pop". Pretty layout using the DP, message circle and lovely little flower and leaves.

Where do I start? I love every detail of this card! That sketch is so unique and is printed out on my desk to try. The dies are so pretty, especially that lovely blossom. I love the black and white with the pop of today's colors - into my faves : )

I think your strategy of using just a splash of today's colors is a winner! They look fabulous with the black and white..the yellow in particular really shows off..I also love your white sentiment on the black...awesome card!
