I used Tim Holtz Distress markers to watercolor the images. The background (vellum) is stamped with the woodgrain border stamp repeatedly and heat embossed with white embossing powder.

This is so pretty!! I love the wood bg and how you distressed it a bit. The details are so nice, especially the pearls at the base of your tea cup. :>)
