A card for today's Featured Stamper Challenge, it's Ellie Stover - what a lovely gallery and HERE is the beautiful card which inspired me. I kept the same layout except moved the main image to the corner to keep a lot of white space. I popped up the image in different layers to add a lot of dimension - the jar has been curved to give a rounded look though it's not evident in the photo, and been sponged rather than coloured. I added some dry embossing to the bg, using a folder which mimics the pattern in the dp. I changed the tag shape and dyed some twine to match the dp with copic ink.

Bridget, this beautiful card is as "Special" as you! Beautiful in colors, design and how the dp pattern carries over into the embossing! Perfect for viewing before the sun comes up, as it adds sunshine to this day of the Lord!

I love the idea of sponging your jar, what a terrific idea (especially for those who may have difficulty using Copics). It's a beautiful CASE of Ellie's card. Also wanted to say how much I love the effect dry embossing gives to backgrounds and this was just the prefect touch (not to mention that twine you dyed). Bridget, you're amazing! Simply amazing!!

I love your card Bridget!! This is the same one I indeed to case, if I have time today. I love the orange and blues you used. The way you colored your flowers is awesome - really makes them pop!!
