Heidi asked us to make a card with a trellis with lots of flowers. My card is almost entirely made up of scraps, but even so it took me the full 45 minutes to choose, place and create. I placed a piece of mostly green dp on my blue card base. Then diecut the opening and embossed the white layer.
The trellis was easy. First, I save all those narrow strips from using edge punches so I didn't have to cut any. I drew a grid using my scoreboard and wove and attached the strips. I also save any leftover punched leaves and flowers (which are sorted by 3 sizes!) The large flower and its center were made when I was playing around trying to see what would go together. The two dark blue flowers to the side were given me by a friend years ago. I already had a shiny sticker on that center flower, so added smaller stickers to all the rest. I know others will make 3d flowers, but I really like my flat flowers, and they will be easy to mail.
