This weeks CAS221 Theme Challenge is to make a card depicting..."That Smells Good"! My 1st thought of course...was flowers :-)
I combined the challenge with this weeks TLC430 Crazy Stitching Challenge.
I drew my lines with pencil then hand pierced the holes and erased the pencil marks. I then went over with Soft Suede Marker to look like "faux sewing".
My 2-Step flowers were stamped 1st with Daffodil Delight and then Tangerine Tango, heat embossed with Versamark and Clear EB Powder and then cut out and popped up onto the stamped stems. I used Pear Pizzazz for the stems. I am so happy to have that In Color return.
Enjoy and take time to smell the flowers :-)

Fantastic Nancy! I love that you took time to really create a realistic faux stitching. I so admire those who stitch on their cards. Even more so when I see a doodle stitch like this. Perfecto! I really like the look of the sentiment too. It's nicely balanced with the larger flower, with the stitching pulling this card together beautifully.
