I've change it from a Christmas to a birthday card. The lace and layout are the same, but everything else is different. Instead of the pearls that Jill used, I used Swarovski crystal beads, though you can barely see them, they are also a little higher, hanging off the little threads that hang at the end. I just put a little glue on the threads, slipped the beads on and put a little glue at the end.
Little speckles have been added around the Happy Birthday. For the flower's center, are clear beadz, that when the glue dries, you can still see through to the stamped center.
Jill, I hope you have been enjoying your reign, you are so deserving of this honor!

LOVE this card! Favorited and pinned :-) I was trying to figure out if the leaves are on the paper under the vellum? The lace is gorgeous and I love your embossed flower fussy cut so beautifully!!! The subtle blue of this card is so appealing with the white. I just keep looking at it...

Oh my gosh, you pulled a great technique out of your hat for this one - embossing on vellum - and what a great look it gave you!!
