I have spent the last hour trying to bring this card to life, while trying to stay true to the inspiration piece. I'm not actually thrilled with the results....but here it is anyway.
The back panel is first embossed with a Cuttlebug embossing folder, then inked direct to paper using Mr. Holtz's Antique Linen Distress ink.
The top panel is one of my favourite techiques....emboss resist. I used an Inkadinkdo stamp and embossed it with white. Then I sponged over it with Antique Linen. Then I stamped again, using Antique Linen. The brad is Stampin' Up.

Beautiful job Jo, I think you did a great job staying true to your inspiration piece! What stamp is that? I love it and how you have used it...framed beautifully, did you put ink on your EF or just apply ink straight to it? Love the addition of the lovely brad! Gorgeous card...
