So, so busy lately.....so I've not had much time on SplitCoast....I'm going thru withdrawal....lol.
Anyway, some good friends asked me to make a card for some friends of theirs who are celebrating there 50th wedding anniversary (!!)....so I got some time in craft room.
This background is one of my fave things to do. I stamped it with SU old lace and gold embossed it. Then I ran it thru my cuttlebug using a Sizzix embossing folder.

I lOVE LOVE LOVE this card! SOOOOOO BEE-YOU-TEEE-FUL. That lace stamp in the background gold embossed ROCKS!!!! AND that bow is just vanilla deliciousness!!! I am sure they were in awe of this amazing creation.... I know I am!

What a dramatic effect. I never thought to do that technique. It looks super and I LOVE your big, beautiful bow treatment. Looks like it made the fav's a few times here. Wonder why?? LOL!!
