I used three tools from Perfect Paper Crafting/PPC,
The clouds were created with my handmade template and the PPC airbrush. You can find a pattern for the cloud template on my blog (linked below) in the right column under Tutorials.
The border rulers from PPC was used to cut the borders using a rotary cutter which gives a little wider border than my Exacto craft knife. The 1/16” ruler was also used as a guide to evenly space the two designer paper pieces.
The square tool was used to cut the out of the box images, I cut to the image from both sides then use scissors to cut under the image and if the image is large enough I wonÂ’t straight cut but shape it to fit the image to give it some support.
The decorative border was created with an EK Success punch and I used the Scor-Pal to emboss the lines across the panel.
