I actually used the techniques that you will find in TLC206 and TLC273. Happy Birthday Joan....
I used whisper white for the card, using the deckled rectangular spellbinder dies - cut the frame. My cousin was nice enough to let me use her memory box die for the flowers- which were cut out of the white and then the flowers were cut again in the dp and layered on top of the white. I chose black for the faux ribbon and bow. I hope that you will enjoy as much as I enjoyed doing this card. TFL

I LOVE EVERYTHING about this card. FIrst your color choice, then you picked one of my most favorite dies and made an amazing batch of polka dot poppies that just ROCK! I love how it is framed.... and I love that perfect bow that is the cherry on top! Perfection.......and a fav FOR SURE!
