Pretty obvious which of Stef's thumbs I used as my inspiration for today's IC challenge :D. DH wanted me to use the first one and make a swag of flowers - does he think there's no housework and cooking to be done all day!!
A2 base. Blue paper is Graphic 45 French Country, all the rest is scraps of Bazzill or Core-dinations.
MFT Sunflower dies, unknown Spellbinder leaf (embossed with Textile Texture and sanded).
Spellbinders Lacy Circles and Tags Trio (with a HA sentiment and some twine), and Cuttlebug Vintage Corners. The Lacy Circle is popped up on foam, and the sunflowers are also popped up at different heights.

Hi gallery neighbor! We both went with French Country and sunflowers today. Great minds think alike, LOL!!! Your sunflowers are wonderful!

I love this card - love the textures, the colors, the sketch, and your story. Your DH sounds fun and engaged with your life, sweet. My DH took this challenge VERY literally and was concerned I did not meet the challenge guidelines ... until I showed him some examples from last week and that it is just meant to be an inspirational starting point. Love your inspired beauty -- and good luck also getting your other chores done. Blessings, Lela

Isn't it fun though when the DH's take such an interest in our stamping? I love it when Mark tells me how to stamp although I don't usually follow his advice! Your sunflowers are amazing, love their texture and what you did with the leaves. Combining them with the blue bg really makes them stand out.
