Koneill — Shabby Chic: A while back I saw a card on someone’s blog (sorry, I can’t remember who) that had punched “wings” on the side, so I reduced the size for a trading card. (I had extra stuff left over from this card, and also made a teeny version for the inchie swap.)
bean88 — Nancy Drew: While researching the author Carolyn Keene, I discovered that was just a pseudonym for many different writers over the years. The first was Mildred Wirt. I didn’t have an actual Nancy Drew book page to cut up, so I created a fake page and hid Dena’s name in it.
Jabauer — Nurse Humor: I used Glossy Accents on the thermometer to make it look like glass. The bottom is a band-aid wrapper.
lakelivin — Tea Time: Glossy Accents again on the tea cup. I folded a tea bag wrapper. The background is an Inkadinkado stamp embossed in gold.

These are amazing. Shabby chic is beautiful with just the right balance of perfect embellies. Only you could think of adding text with Dena's name as a background. And up-cycling the tea bag wrapper in the tea cup---brilliant.
So fabulous! I love them all, but must share the nursie with my sister, she's an RN and will love this! The embossing makes that lovely teacup really stand out! You have outdone yourself, and so tasteful :-)

Susan...these are absolutely gorgeous. So funny to add Dena's name to the Nancy Drew. But I am a little disappointed with your trivia. I always thought she was a real person! My reality is shattered!!! LOL
