Today's CAS challenge was to be inspired by a quote, “May every sunrise hold more promise, and every sunset hold more peace.” I immediately heard the song from Fiddler on the Roof playing in my mind and decided to try to capture that idea. I masked my white piece with torn post it note paper and sponged the sunrise/sunset colors. I then masked a circle and stamped each image in the reverse then placed the circles over and sponged the edges. I colored with blender pens and marker or ink pad ink. I stamped my sentiment with various alphabet stamps.

Wow! Along with this being pretty, this sure is a thought provoking card. It makes me think of my oldest DD and how swiftly the two youngest are growing up!

Oh so true!!! Wait until you get as old as I am and the months seem like weeks! Love the lifeline you created with your stamps.
