This is for the Inspiration Challenge this weekend. The website is "My Deco"
and I chose this "Corsica Tablecloth" as inspiration for my card. I loved the colors and contrast of the teal, white and black.
For the background I used the crayon resist technique. I stamped Stippled Blossoms in black ink, added white crayon to random areas that I wanted to remain white and then sponged Tim Holtz "Broken China" distress ink all over with a felt applicator.
I embellished with a doily-frame die cut, a couple of butterfly and rose die cuts and some faux jewels and stickles for bling.
Lots more details and pics about this card on my blog!! Stop by and visit!

What a gorgeous card. Love the crayon resist for the background and all the frills.
