This is for my, BEAT THE HEAT, challenge for the Dog Days of Summer VSN. I challenged everyone to create a project that showcases your favorite way to beat the heat, whether it's going to the beach, the lake, camping, indulging in your favorite beverage, cranking the air conditioning or maybe even taking a drive with the top down. My project uses "Full Speed Ahead" from Whipper Snapper Designs because hubby and I sometimes like to go for a drive on a beautiful summer's day!
This project also follows the Fan Club Central Theme, Hope Floats (clouds) and the Wordplay challenge, BUOY...here's the breakdown:
B = Blue sky
U = Umpteenth number of Copic markers used to color this image
O = Outing
Y = Yellow shirt
I hope you dig out those stamps that show how you like to "beat the heat" and play along with us!
Please visit MY BLOG for details and the list of Copic markers.

Now, just like the seaside here not really being for beating the heat, open-top cars aren't suitable either. But oh yes - in a hotter climate there's nothing better!! Love those clouds floating off the main panel and overhanging the diamond-plate background. I've got to get that one of these days, it would be great for my biker cards.
