This week our destination is Perryville, MO and the guest of honor is David. He has been brought to our attention by Sylvia (Sillyfilly). David was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer two years ago and has had several rounds of chemo. Unfortunately, the cancer has shown up in several other major organs and now, it is in his brain. Hopefully our cards will give David some cheer!
I used my Popcorn the Bear stamp and he is out on the golf course. Looks like he brought along a duck for luck! I decided to use the sentiment "Warm Wishes" because Missouri has been one of those places where Spring has been taking it's time to stay! On the inside of the card, I thought I would tell David some of the :
Top Ten Cool Names For Golfers
Hale N. Won
Ty Tanium
Juan Under
T. A. Ball
Woody Metal
Cal Away
Spike Mark
R. Chi Bunker
Chip Masters
Shaft
The golf ball in the corner is a metal brad. Hope this card will give David a smile! Thanks for taking a peek!

Kathleen, this is an awesome card for this week's teaparty!!! Love your bear with his golf clubs and his mate, the duck!! As an Aussie, I am still on a high with Adam Scott winning the US Masters yesterday - yeh!!!! I love the golf and have followed his career from the outset - was watching yesterday morning very nervously!!

Ah Kathleen I am sitting here with a big smile for three reasons. Number 1. Your card is gorgeous.
Number 2. We finally get to see you, you have changed your picture, I now feel like I really know you !!
Number 3. Like sue28 said, an Aussie won the Masters.

Now I can't say how David will feel upon opening this golfing card, but it put a big smile upon my face! A bear and his caddy, Ducky, how cute is that! Love your scene and those golfing names are the best!

This little bear looks like he is on a mission and his little duck friend must be the caddy. Your list of golfers is a giggle and sure to make David laugh.
