Lin's gorgeous card inspired me to finish a card that I had started recently. Some of the elements of this card were done. Cut my hearts out with a Spellbinders die, Cuttlebugged the bottom heart, cut and stickled a few flourishes. Popped the hearts and flourishes over a couple of Spellbinders dies. Added a bow on the top, an Annette Watkins sentiment on the heart center and the envelope and VOILA!
I kept similar colors and subject, but changed the die and added some flourishes, stickles and ribbon!

Fabulous tribute to this week's featured stamper, Miss Phyllis. With your own unique flair for the elegant! Lovely as can be. And, yes, your package is still here. This many years later.
