Janelle's Mix-Ability challenge this week is to show off some mixed-media coloring through the opening(s) or negative space of a die cut. I used an Impression Obsession die (Floral Lace Heart) - cut the die from Neenah cardstock, embossed the panel, layered a colored panel behind the opening, then replaced the heart in the negative space. For the layered panel, I used the diecut as a guide, laying it underneath a piece of acetate (sometimes called clear cardstock) and then coloring with Touch Twin Markers over each opening. It's a fun way to get a stained glass effect.

Love this! The colors are just amazing and so is the design! Thanks for always sharing details. I'm not sure I could let this one go - I would want to just keep looking at it!
