When I saw Queen Jan's Deco Lady card I knew I had to give it a try and make a circle flower for the Mixability Challenge too. I stamped my lady in Timber Brown Stazon then sponged on some More Mustard, Cajun Craze and Early Espresso (I'm already starting to mourn the loss of some of my favorite colors including Mustard). I added liquid pearl and stickles accents. This is double matted then mounted onto a Mustard frame with a punched border instead of the die that Jan used. I added a MS Brick seam binding bow with a Michael's paper flower to the top corner and my home made circle flower with Stickles glitter accents and micro brad center. I hand cut my circles then ran them along the edge of my desk several times so I could split each circle into two. I then crumpled up the edges. I pierced through all the layers and added the brads. I punched a few MS fronds in Always Artichoke and added a couple more paper flowers.

Wow! I love this! I love the way you used the same stamped image, but coloured it differently (and beautifully) Love the sparkles. I love that hand made flower....gorgeous!

What a lovely card! I really think your wonderful color palette made this look really rich and deep. And your circle flower is so pretty - it totally holds it's own among the other flowers.

Gail, this is fantastic! I love how you colored her and added the accents to the image. The flowers look great against the art deco border!
