This is for my ATC Technique Album. Only one stamp was involved here--a giant collage stamp by Hampton Art. The butterfly was actually the only thing masked.
I chose to use So Saffron as my base because I knew light sponging of Calypso Coral would produce something like a skin tone--so the lady's face IS sponged, but only lightly with Calypso Coral.
Sponged on Calypso Coral, Tangerine Tango, Cajun Craze, then Early Espresso. Used each color judiciously--for example the Early Espresso is only on the very edges except for the area of the woman's hair, then I used quite a bit.
Red glitter was added to the woman's lips and trimmed up with my fingernail and the tip of my scissors to give detail.
Dazzling Diamonds was added to the highlight in the eye and to the butterfly.
Finished with a gem for an earring and a bit of lace.
