Morning! I hope this is correct for the challenge. I may have (insert the "C" word here), but please don't call the challenge police! I'm innocent, I tell ya!!!! LOL!
I used Versamark for my image and heat embossed with black ep. I sponged the night sky and masked for the moon. I added stickles to the palms to make them sparkle in the moonlight. However, I'm not exactly sure why palm trees would sparkle in the moonlight...I mean, they would NEVER have snow on them!!! Right?
Have a Momentous Monday!

What a magical scene you created! Snow on palm trees could happen. I was in California in January and really wished I had a toque and mitts. Love the blues!

LOL, there are were a lot of ornamental palms here because we have quite a temperate climate, but most of them died two winters ago when we had a lot of snow. And it was funny seeing snowy palm trees!! Your scene is just beautiful.

Lesley this looks like a really cold, clear night in Palm Springs, California - the moonlight is sparkling on the palm trees - and it can get really cold in the desert in the winter!
