Welcome back Karen! How exciting to on Safari in Africa!!! I LOVE the color combination of Tempting Turquoise, More Mustard and Daffodil Delight! Dessert was to have the card reflect Spring, so I am skipping dessert this time.
A week ago, Joan gave the challenge to transform a map in the technique challenge. I knew I had this wonderful background stamp, but, I couldn't bear to cut or tear it up. How wonderful that it works so well for this week's colors!
I was fortunate to have been stationed in Bermuda for three years. It is beautiful! So I have a soft spot in my heart for all things Bermuda. The tag stamp makes me think of when folks would cross the ocean on ships.
This card really does lean towards the masculine, but I may end up sending it to one of my Navy girl friends as I still keep in touch with several of them.
Beautiful colors and a beautiful gallery!!! Can't wait to go see all your wonderful cards up close!!!

Kathleen, this is just a gorgeous card! I love the play of the rich colors against the tag. And you use that twine so artfully! I have to study your gallery and learn from you!
