This card is pretty simple by my standards - BUT - it was created using my brand spankin new Silhouette Cameo. Yep, I have been saving those nickels and dimes since I saw an image here on SCS cut out with one. It was hard to part with the $$$ but I love the idea of being able to size and cut digital images with this machine (not that it doesn't do many other things)......Flourishes even has a cut download to go with my favorite Western stamp from them. (Already purchased and in my cutting library) These hands were meant for coloring and layering - the Cameo can help me out with cutting, that's my story and I'm sticking with it.
Don't you just love Stella.....haven't decided what the inside message is going to be - with her on the front of this card the possibilities are endless, her wit and wisdom leave the door wide open.
After loading my digi image onto the Silhouette I cut Stella out and then colored her. I then purchased a cut file and used it for her background with the fancy schmancy edge......this was done just playing around. I have lots more playing around to do. Put this together after the fact, or I would have re-sized my background and Stella to fit differently, but I'm learning....and having fun doing it.
Anyone with special tips and hints on this machine feel free to PM and share your knowledge....I have watched a lot of you-tube videos and keep on playing.

A NEW TOY for you - how wonderfully exciting!! So happy you are already creating fantastic cards with it - me, well, I have no idea what a Silhouette machine does, but you sure make it look good! Gotta agree with you about that Stella - she has a "million of them" crazy sayings, not mentioning all the others you can make up in your head too! Way to go!
