This card was made for both the Simon Says Stamp Easter/Spring Challenge at http://www.simonsaysstampschallenge.blogspot.com/ and to incorporate Day 5 homework for Pattern Play at onlinecardclasses.com.
The focal image is Whimsy Stamp's "Bud" from the Crissy Armstrong Collection. I used Copic C1 for shading, RV10 for the nose and feet pads, and RV04 for the bow. I used black Enamel Accents for the whiskers and eyes. I fussy cut the image.
I basketwove 3/4" strips of paper from Authentique's Essential Collection (6x6 pad) and DCWV's Mat Stack Bright Prints and Cardstock. I adhered the woven paper to another piece of cardstock for stability and die cut the egg shapes with Cheery Lyn Designs Nesting Eggs dies. I inked the edges with Distress Ink Picked Raspberry.
The little flowers were die cut from Neenah Solar White Cardstock with Memory Box's Wildflower Patch die. I colored the die cuts with various Copic markers.
The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink's Egg Hunt stamp set.
Lots of dimensional adhesive was used in "popping" the bunny from the back of the card.
I distressed the top of the card with Distress Tumbled Glass.
A green satin ribbon was used to finish the card off!
