Mmmwwwaahahahaha.

I utterly destroyed three pieces of paper before I got this right. The background paper I cut into slices for the narrow strip. The narrow strip I cut the width of the first layer...

Apparently stars and sea medallions were all wrong for this. I needed dots and board planks. Who knew?

I hope my friend uses this for her father. Somehow, I think he'd like it. :)
