I used distress inks to create the backgrounds by sponging the inks directly to paper and then spritzing with water until I reached the desired effect. The tulips from SU's Terrific Tulips were stamped and then I used my aqua painter to apply water to make them bleed. Not sure if this technique has a name, if it does I couldn't find it in the tutorials! Plan on adding a sentiment to the right of the tulips but I couldn't decide if I wanted a thank you or thinking of you so...until then, it's blank!
