A few weeks ago, I wandered onto Spoonflower, a fabric website where you can even create your own printed designs. I found tons of inspiration... I hope you can too!
For this card, I was inspired by the Inspiration Challenge photo "red dress bird". I colored the umbrella with a Rose Red marker, and inked the rest of the image with Tuxedo Black. After masking the main image, I stamped the trees with London Fog... there are more that I stamped off in the background, but the sponging almost obliterates them from view. I traced a pencil outline of the oval and stamped the birds and sentiment, then started sponging in the background. Cut the oval, then sponged around the edges. The embossed background was sponged with Stormy Sky, Broken Sky and Vintage Photo.

What a simply awesome card. Sounds like lots of work went into it with all the many steps you took. Well worth it. Wonderful!

What a beautiful card and sentiment Hilda. I have this die, but whenever I have made it the card looks "sad". I would never have thought of coloring the umbrella, it gives the image a completely different feel. Your card looks inspirational (and you have inspired me). TFS
