I used a similar layout, I used this cute House Mouse image - called Cuddlebug (cute little Monica is cuddling up to the pussywillows) The sentiment is from Mark's Finest Papers - Pussywillows set.
I used this weeks sketch layout and this also qualifies for Sabrina's Ways to use it challenge - knots.

How totally sweet and adorable. We were visiting a nature reserve this morning and the pussywillow was out - but we didn't see any mice ;-). What a great masculine card this would be with all the earth-tones.
