I think I've been channeling Linda (Holstein) this morning! That and I was inspired by A View To Cities site. When I saw that they had pictures of Munich where I studied while in college...well I found my inspiration. There is a church in Munich called the Theatinerkirche and it's gorgeous! Of course when one tours Europe you see tons of churches. What makes this church different is what's inside. It's very ornate but it's totally white fashioned with white stucco. The white gives it a bright, brilliant appearance. It's definitely a favorite of mine. So here is my card honoring Munich's gem.

Oh, how completely cool is that!!!! What an awesome opportunity to study in Germany. I wish I could see what it looks like in real life. Your card is a beautiful introduction to it. I love churches, and the newer ones sure are not like the old ones.

Blow me over with a feather....when I saw this card and who made it...I would have never guessed it was yours! You are a very versatile stamper. Sounds like you had a great opportunity to study in Germany...Did you do this while you were a student at Lawrence University? When I saw the picture you used for your inspiration...it reminded me of my childhood church only a larger scale. It had an all white marble altar. So sad, it has since been taken down about twenty years ago. Back to your card...no matter what kind of card you make...there's a story you tell. What a gift you have to share with us . Into my favs. tfs

How fun that you were inspired by somewhere you've actually visited ... and your white-on-white design is so regal and elegant ... gorgeous inspired card.

Polly, this card is so not your style and yet it looks incredible! Isn't it nice to try new things and then sit back and say, "Wow, I really can do that!" : ) Your card is so beautiful! I love every inch of it; perfection indeed~
