 | | This card used not one... not two....but a total of 8 different stamp sets to make. I used the following Mark's Finest Papers Sets:

CHRISTMAS MUSIC
WELCOME POPPIES
I took all the long strips from these sets and layered them on my acrylic block. Since cracked hello is not a strip I had it on one end. I used a page from my encyclopedia. I then used versamark ink to heat emboss with white ep. Then using water color resist, I painted the paper with a warm color pallet. I stamped the silhouette of the elephant and giraffe with black stazon. I water colored behind them. I added twine and decorated beads. I know the Have a Happy Day panel deviates from the sketch, sorry Korin, but I tried stamping the sentiment onto the page and it just didn't show up well with the words behind it. So had to add that panel. So challenge police I plead for mercy. |
