I saw this overall card design done on a card here on scs and I loved it immediately. I wish I could give due credit to the designer of this card, but I no longer know who that is. Please give a shout out if you see this card and you are the original designer. I used SU Brocade Blue to brayer on the color, then I used SU Craft white ink and a snowflake stamp from the SU Tree's Three set to give this a snowy day look. I used a Tim Holtz Sizzix Sign Die to cut the sign post out of SU Basic Black cs. To make the sign post look rusty, I tapped versamark ink randomly over the black cs, then I poured bronze embossing powder over the versamark and heat embossed it. I had never done this before and I was quite pleased with the end result. The sign was cut from SU Whisper White cs and the edges were sponged with SU creamy carmel ink. The image was stamped in SU Basic Black ink, colored with Prisma watercolor pencils and blended with gamsol. The sign was attached to the sign post using silver thread for a chain link look. The cardinal was made using the SU Bird Builder Punch.
