 | | I was sent these elegant dresses by my punchie pal, coffeestamper, a/k/a Sue. Too bad I didn't get this card ready b/f the Oscars. I'm sure Jennifer Lawrence would have looked "fab" in one of them even though the evening was neutrals and royal blues. If you're "fabulous" you can wear whatever you want!
I cut them out and was going to use the red one; but, I happened to lay them both down and when I looked at them, I knew I had to use the pink with the red. I popped up the dresses on dimensionals. It took 4-ever to get this card right and I don't even know how it came together.
Sue's b/day is this month, so I used these dresses and the tulle she sent me. I sparkled up the tops of the dresses and placed circular pearls at the waists. I added tiny gold beads to the bottom of the dresses to add some glam.
I used a border punch for the sentiment and added a row of tiny gold pearls. From there, I added a velvet flowered ribbon with tiny gold pearls in each center. Embossed the white b/g, border punched it, added flower with bead center and some fancy flourishes.
That's about it. I know these dresses would have been a hit on Oscar night; but, maybe next year!!
LOL!!
This also qualifies for the Dirty Dozen challene to make it special and sparkle!
Thanks for taking a look and have a great day!
