I made this for the Ways to Use it- Purple challenge. I'm so excited, this is my second purple card in a row, definitely my favorite color!! I decided to send Easter cards this year to my extended family, instead of Valentines and these beautiful ODB crocus are perfect for my card to my aunt! My own crocus have broken through, which fills my heart with joy and is my most favorite sign that spring is near! I heat embossed the image and colored with SU reinkers, then layered on a Cheery Lynn doily die. The scripture is layered on a My Favorite Things doily die. For my bow, I layered a MFT leafy flourish, purple seam binding bow, twine bow, and a Stampin Up Old Olive button tied with purple and white twine.

WOW..stunning Easter card! Your purple crocus are amazing (I'm jealous that yours are peeking through in your yard)...all the little extras..the embossed bg and the crinkly bow etc make this delightful!
