Travel is March's theme for the Creative Crew. This is my card for the Holiday Focus Challenge: "Travel the road of words. Quote someone. Over the years Stampin' Up! has quoted many people in their stamps. Use a wonderful quote as a focal point in your project. You may use any quote that SU! has ever produced, even retired, but you must let us know the year of the stamp and the stamp set name."
I decided to used the laughter quote in SU's Feel Goods stamp set in their Occasions Catalog. I also decided to keep it clean and simple and used a strip of dsp that I had leftover from another project and cut it up to make two quick cards.
Aren't those brackets cool? I made them with my Decorative Label Punch. I punched out the Decorative Label and then on the negative piece, I moved the punch up until I saw the bracket and punched it again. Voila! They're adhered to the card with tiny bits of Dimensionals.
I stamped the sentiment onto the Whisper White card base, added the dsp, rounded the bottom corners and added the brackets. The sentiment is embellished with rhinestones and the dsp is embellished with a dahlia in the bottom, right corner.

Regina, somehow I skipped over a few of your cards. Don't know how, but I'm glad I didn't miss this one as it is fabulous. What fun bright colors and love the brackets that frame the awesome sentiment!
