So excited to play in a new Mix-Ability challenge!! Theresa wants us to use a masking technique on our projects. A fun way to highlight an image is to create the illusion of light around it. I started a mixed media background, then tore the edge of a paper and used it as a mask to create some depth by sponging and stamping with darker inks. These are some of my stamp designs at Impression Obsession.

What a lovely card, Dina, and an inspiring sentiment. I always wish my tailor's dummy looked as elegant as this type does, LOL. Instead, she wears a 40's look coat I made from a Vintage Vogue pattern.

I had to read your description twice to wrap my head around this...guess I need another cuppa java! Thanks for sharing your process and the amazing results with us. Beautiful pattern for your BG, love your color choices and peachy details.
