I'm late in posting my Queen for the Day card this week because I hit a couple of bumps along the way. Carole (ckbythesea) has a wonderful gallery. I started off CASEing this wonderful collage card -- two days ago. After a couple of starts and spurts, I decided my collages (three of them) looked awful! I almost gave up and decided to look for a different card to CASE. When I came across this card, I decided to merge the two. I kept the layout that I had already completed and added an image similar to the second card. I am much happier with this card than any of the three collages which are now in the trash!

Your sponging really draws the eye right to the barn, Lois! Love the red matting and the brick ef looks wonderful just the way it is! I love what you came up with even though it took you several tries! Beautiful~
