 | | I'm almost caught up with the Love Fest Challenges-they sure have been a lot of fun! This is for Scor Pal's flip flap fold challenge to do a card with folds-this is a technique I believe called Twisted Card. I had the base already cut and folded with the Washi tape border. I added the Tasteful Trims scallop border in black. I had been playing around with paper, water and reinkers for the Mixability challenge the other day and had two pieces of paper ready to go. I stamped the floral silhouette and sentiment on the front piece that I die cut with a Scallop Square and added a black square behind. I cut two ovals and stamped the French flair swirls in baja breeze with the birds inked with a black marker. I overstamped French Script in Going Grey. I sponged the edges with Baja Breeze. I layered this and positioned it on the inner flap. I'll post a separate picture of the inside. I also wheeled the Very Vintage Wheel in Baja Breeze on the front and inner pockets. I added an accent of a Baja Breeze brad bow with a burlap string accent. |
