The band was created by me with black shiney cardstock, metallic markers and water mist. I diecut the center, popped the band up with foam dimensionals onto a pale rust color cardstock. I then diecut a scrap of matching cardstock to the cardbase, stamped it and popped it up on foam dimensionals and then added two enamel dots in the lower corner to finish it.
