 | | This is my card for todays WT415 challenge. Cathy is our host and she wants us to do some sponging.
I did an emboss resist technique and did bg sponging. My stamped image is from the Great Impressions Stamps- "romantic collage-H147".
I stamped in Versamark and embossed with white ep.
My bg is sponged with blushiing bride and primrose petals inks. I restamped the post mark and the woman image again in primrose petals and fussy cut for a little bg interest.
I die cut a key using the PaperTrey Ink "lock & key die". In the corner, I used a lace heart from my stash and die cut a heart in primrose petals cs and stamped the music part of this image on that.
I made a bow with some wrinkled seam binding from my stash. Pulled out my distressing tool and curled up the corners of the cs to finish off the card.
I ma going to give this to my friend who just had her 1st grandchild today. I wanted to do something different and she likes this vintage style.
