 | | I chose to use the colors of the LOVEFEST2013F inspiration photos for this challenge.
The shoes are paper-pieced, the eyelets are colored with a gel pen, then punched with an office hole punch and threaded with gray and white baker's twine. The shading in the shoe was colored with pencils and Gamsol. Outside the shoe (don't know if it will show up) there is shading done with a pastel pencil and smudged with my finger (on purpose!).
I decided not to put a sentiment on the outside but the inside will read: Happy Anniversary To A Fun Pair, unless I change it between now and when I send it :)
