 | | Hello all! Today's TLC is to use Washi Tape or to create our own using the tutorial here in the resource section. Since I don't have washi tape, I made my own. This card is also for this week's STL challenge, Animals if I'm not too late!
I created my tape by stamping the ODBD Vine Background with White Craft Ink on green paper, and heat embossing. I cut my strips to match the pattern, and applied the sticky tape to the back. My focal image is this month's ODBD set, The Shepherd ...which is stamped with Memento ink and colored with copics, and cut with SB Classic Circles Sm. I have matted it with the inside portion of a Cherry Lynn Polynesian Sails die, and then a CL Italian Flourish die. That sits on a white mat I punched with an MS areound the page punch, and the green dp is MS as well. I colored and cut out the shepherds staff and lay on one of the washi strips, and I stamped the verse and cut with a McGill Tag punch. A little gingham ribbon is the only embellishment.
