LOVEFEST2013C Sparkling Bella

We were challenged to use some bling on our card- No Problem! This wine-totin' Bella has sparkling earrings and matching necklace. The scalloped oval is cut from sparkling silver cs. I also added just a touch of stickles to the center of the flowers on the base card. I also used a lay-out from the previous day's challenge.
