Here's my card for the Bring on the Bling challenge by Stamping Bella for the Love Fest challenges. I used rhinestone raindrops and added Star Dust Stickles to the ruffle on her coat and umbrella. The second part of the sentiment is stamped on the inside and reads "it's about dancing in the rain".
