I did this card for the Bling Love Fest challenge. I was inspired by this week's QFTD Mary. (What a fantastic gallery she has!) Also, I was inspired in our Christmas Card Challenge to use something in our stash that we had forgotten about. This stamp set by Recollections with the tree had never been opened and I have no clue where I got it or how long I have had it! The package was already a die cut in my stash, and the ribbon or whatever it is was all loose in my stash. Don't know where it came from. Also, I was using some ink I like Su! retired Glorious Green, and wondered if I had any of that retired CS. Sure enough, a whole unopened package. Now, is this hoarding or what?
Congratulations Queen Mary, here is the card I cased: 2012 Christmas Card I can't believe you made 50 of them GF! :) I loved it, but my white on white cards don't come out as pretty as that, so was afraid to use it. Thank you for your inspiration! :) TFL
Edit: Splitcoast friends are the best! :) None of you said anything about my upside down embossed bg panel. I will fix it and not send it out that way!
You all are the best, love you and thank you for your sweet comments!

Lovely! We were thinking alike on working in our CCC! Isn't it funny how we can collect stamps and never use them. I have just a few still waiting for their first inking! Love the bling on your package!

Great card Sharon and how wonderful that you can use things that you had. I love the gems on your package and the very Christmasy colors! I think we all hoard stuff a bit!

That's so funny, Sharon - I just made a card for Queen Mary and I had picked two of hers to CASE, one of which was the one you CASEd! But I ended up going with my other choice. Love that pretty Christmas tree stamp and the subtle sponging you did around it! Great card.

Sharon this is such a cute card. I love the embossed bg with those ornaments. And the fiber is perfect. Lord I haven't used fiber in years and have a whole stash sitting somewhere too. But sometimes that is the perfect touch. I like the little gift under the tree too. Thanks so much for playing along. Hugs!!
