Charmaine has a great sketch in the Verve forum so I combined the VLV challenge with the F4A to use happy colors. Blues with yellows...along with other springtime shades always speak happy to me!

Cute card and I love the clouds and rick rack. Blues are always calming and soothing. Yellow is cheerful so they are a great combination for Happy, Happy, Happy. (as Phil on Duck Dynasty would say)
