The stamp used is Stamping Bella Uptown Couple Brett & Brenda, who I have cropped using a circle die. Instead of colouring them as a wedding couple, I went with a more general romantic look.
I blinged it up using a glitter pen on the top of Brenda's dress, on the bouquet and on the matted layers. I also added some red crystal gems to the ribbon.
